development of business or service strategies. Plans can then be developed for implementing the strategies. He states such
strategies and plans can be developed by senior managers alone, but are more likely to get more commitment to them if you

reviewing your management structure, and encouraging effective employee participation can carry out these objectives. Karen A. Jakes, Director, Operations Authorizations Technical Support, TSYS.
As a certified management consultant, Dr. Jakes is constantly faced with the challenge of designing strategy and policy
for his clients. He recommended Total Quality Management as an effective strategy for the overall development of an organization.

two areas: (1) Effective Leadership: (2) Quality. These improvements helped us achieve a 3,000,000 turnaround in profits. Ronald Morgan, Director, Industrial Chemistry, L’OREAL USA Products, Inc. We

the situation and define their objectives, plan to fully achieve those objectives, and implement the plans. David
Jackson, Auto Broker, Co-Owner, Priority Automotive Group.

cash payments (these payments are made quarterly or monthly depending on how feasible it is to produce costs and financial
performance figures on a monthly or quarterly basis. The payments come out as Gains the organization has made through joint
efforts of managers and employees. These Gains may be cost savings or improved income, or both. Jimmy

Memo
Within the past six weeks Dr. Dwayne D.
Jakes, has had a great impact on the implementation of my new small business. Without
his consultation and assistance I would not have known where to begin in the legal processes. My business partner and I work
for a Fortune 500 Company we understand the business aspect of marketing, finance, production, and operations, but we did
not understand or know what we had to do legally to begin a small business from our home.
Dr. Jakes of Dwayne D. Jakes & Associates
Management Systems, LLC, advised that I choose a legal form, he recommend setting up a limited liability company because there
are only two people in the small business. He advised that we should choose a post office box for our business to prevent
customers from coming to our homes at all hours. He advised us to write a good
business plan for our prospective customers and to make sure we stress our mission of the company. Because our business is
so small he stated we will not need to open a business account until we expand. The
legalities of starting a small business – we have to go and purchase a license from the Revenue Department and get a
certificate of occupancy from the Public Safety Building. He also recommended
that we get our name patented.
Dr. Jakes helped our cleaning service
identify short-term objectives, initiate specific functional tactics, implement policies and procedures, and create long-range
aspirations for the future. He has helped us recognize our strengths from our weaknesses and our opportunities from our threats
in order to have a strong competitive edge against competitors.
I feel confident that with Dr. Jakes recommendations
and expertise in consulting on how to start a small business that my business will have a successful start. I look forward to using his consultant firm in the future as my business expands and on other financial
matters.

While
pursuing my Master’s degree I had the pleasure of taking two courses from Dr. Dwayne Jakes of Dwayne D. Jakes &
Associates Management Systems, LLC. His expertise and direction during these courses allowed me to bring my company to where
it is today.
During
one of these classes I was struggling with creating Mi Bank’s vision and mission statements. Dr. Jakes advised me to
review what direction I wanted the company to go toward and also to remember to motivate my employees with these statements.
Additionally,
I was becoming concerned about the market that my company was heading into since it is a fairly new concept and has not been
thoroughly explored by other banks. Dr. Jakes showed me what aspects of the industry’s environment to analyze so I could
better measure the factors that will come into play for my company and also be prepared on how to handle any competition that
will arise.
His abilities
to help my company keep a steady pace with our strategic plan, allowed us to further our company goals and increase revenue.
I feel confident with the advice and appropriate guidance Dr. Jakes showed that my company will continue with its success
and achievements.

Dear Dwayne:
By the time you read this, I will have
incorporated many of your suggestions into the development of my strategic plan. My limited knowledge of creating such a plan
would have been detrimental to the startup of my business. As you well know, my initial draft was incomplete at best. Now,
thanks in large part to your input, I am well on my way to becoming the entrepreneur I have always dreamed of.
To begin with, the suggested strategic
plan outline was invaluable; however, just having the outline would not have been enough. Your expertise in developing a plan
and providing insight into environmental analysis was critical. You shared the knowledge of how to proceed with the analysis
via the internet and suggested several economic documents that became the basis of several of my conclusions. I also am greatly
appreciative of the assistance you provided in how to lay out financial projections and where the data used in the analysis
was available.
It is clear that your business and management
knowledge is beyond compare. I hope to have this opportunity again in the future.
Thank you again for being so forthcoming
with your straightforward and insightful comments. Thank you!
Sincerely,

Dear Dr. Jakes,
I am very proud and thankful to have enrolled in Strategy
Formulation and Implementation Course. Having you as an instructor was the most rewarding learning experience that I
have encountered. Prior to taking the Strategy Formulation course, all I ever did was dream and talk like everyone else
about owning your own business and end a dream there. You did a great job as an instructor in providing me with the
confidence, vision and the know how to one day in the near future, make that vision a reality. I never knew what steps or
what information was needed to complete a start up business. Your personal experiences that you used in some of the
lectures in the business of Dwayne D. Jakes & Associates Management System, LLC, can definitely help me to start my dream
vision of Urgent Moment Childcare Center. Urgent Moment Childcare Center is the business I used to create a strategic
plan in class so that I can have the best advice from a professional like you to start this business. I cannot think
of any other person that could have given such great insight to all the students in the strategic formulation class other
than you in which we all have discussed and gained the confidence in which we plan to become independent entrepreneurs.
It was a joy and I learned so much under your
leadership as my instructor in which I can now go out into the business world and succeed in any road I want to take and teach
others a valuable lesson.
Thank you,

"I wanted to thank
Dwayne D. Jakes & Associates Management Systems, LLC for providing
such a valuable service. I have looked forward to working with him from the first time I used his services for Project Management.
I was expecting great things, and I was not disappointed. After working with Dwayne I realized that my translation and implementation
of my strategic plans was lacking. His process of strategic planning and implementation was amazing and has already made a
great impact. His company listened to my requirements and implemented them with haste and diligence. My consulting company
is now headed down a path toward positive financial results and personal growth. His process has made my company more responsible
by giving us a clearer picture of future success. Thank you, Dwayne, for your time and efforts with my company. I appreciate your expertise, wisdom, and humor you have shown throughout the process. It is not everyday that
you encounter people of such integrity. I will have no hesitation in recommending his company.”

The Strategic Formulation and Implementation class as facilitated by Dr. Dwayne D. Jakes of Dwayne D. Jakes & Associates
Management Systems, LLC. has been instrumental in the development of my own business plan and strategy. The Island House,
jointly owned and operated by Grace Yuson and Shellie Thornhill has put to use the concepts of business strategies and implementation
learned from Dr. Jakes. With his help in this class, I not only managed to create a business plan and sound strategies but
also to listen and open my mind to the views and opinions of the other people in the class.

Dear Dr. Jakes:
This letter is to thank you for the informative
class of Strategy Formulation and Implementation. The class was a rewarding experience,
preparing me for the business adventures I have envisioned for a long time. Your class was very informative, especially in
strategic planning and writing my business plan for R.A.V.E, the family business we are planning to open later this year.
The information regarding internal and external

I would like to thank Dr. Jakes for his
assistance in developing a comprehensive strategic plan for my new business. His entrepreneurial spirit really shines through
as he discusses common pitfalls and success factors of strategic planning. Dr. Jakes’ biography is evidence of his dedication
and fervor, both as a consultant and as an instructor. He is a man who knows how to market his skills and in turn knows how
to teach others to do the same.
Prior to the tutelage of Dr. Jakes, I
understood only generic strategies that would apply to nearly every business in a general way. Now I have a greater knowledge
of grand strategies and how they should be implemented to accomplish my company’s objectives, mission, and vision. Dr.
Jakes’ teaching style is one that personifies strategy in such a way that it is more than a mere concept. It is a living
organism that leads innovative and forward thinking managers to eminent success.
Dr. Jakes taught me the importance of
environmental scanning; and that it is not a one time event. He also helped me to step out of my comfort zone and into the
dream of owning my own business. He is a scholar, a motivator, and a man of conviction. Dr. Jakes knows what he wants in life,
and he knows how to obtain it.
It has truly been a privilege to receive
my education in strategic thinking under such an accomplished and wise man. Dr.
Jakes relates topics to realistic situations. This type of insight can not be found amidst the pages of a text book. This
could only be earned through numerous opportunities to experience, experiment, and master strategic planning. Dr. Jakes’
classes are not for the lazy or faint of heart, but for those who diligently and sacrificially seek a higher plane of learning.
I recommend Dr. Jakes as a consultant and an instructor. Professionals like Dr. Jakes give credibility to the organizations
who solicit his services.

Dear Dr. Jakes,
Testimonial
This letter
is written to give testimony to the fabulous job Dr. Jakes does in teaching and mentoring his classes. He has turned the light
on for most of the students in his classes. I personally like his straight forward no silver lining teaching style. I have
the ability to read but Dr. Jakes interlaces real world situations and ideals to make the learning experience more realistic
and not so academic.
Dr. Jakes
has served more as a mentor motivating the students to think and use there skills and abilities taught in the class. When
I started the class I was just planning on doing a business plan just to pass his class. However after several conversations
and classroom activities I was able to see my entrepreneurial side.
The vision,
mission and value statements are something that I will take away from this class and will view differently thanks to Dr. Jakes.
Before business language just appeared as words on a paper, a sign or an employee handbook however now they have purpose and
have meaning and this comes directly from the classroom activities and Dr. Jakes sharing his knowledge and wisdom. The true
measure of education is how well you can apply in and explains it. Just over Christmas holidays several ladies were having
a conversation about why the government was giving money to immigrants and not to citizens. As Dr. Jakes would do in the same
situation I expand to them about grants and the strategic side of business. That they needed a business plan and then they
should apply for a grant. The information that flowed from me was vintage Dr. Jakes.
I have been
truly blessed to have been able to have crossed paths with such an enlightened and motivating person. I hope in the future
I can be luckily enough to call him mentor and colleague.

Memo
“Testimonial
Letter”
My company is “On Point Bonding”
company. It is one of very few that is owned and operated by myself an educated
African American woman. I am one of a very few that has the know how to pull
the concept off. I want to acknowledge the Dr. Dwayne D. Jakes for all of his
help, teaching, and counseling that he has provided to me and so many others along the way.
He is greatly appreciated and worthy of the entire acknowledgement that is due unto him. I want to thank the University of Phoenix for allowing me into their Masters Degree program and allowing me to be me at
all times.
I have learned in Project Management, Operations
Management, and Management Strategy that each and every step in the opening, owning, and operating of any business whether
great or small is important and needs to be closely monitored through each stage. I
also learned that being or having an effective Project Manager is one of the most important aspects that will begin at the
initial start up of the company and last through the duration.
I came up with my vision and mission statement
based on what I believe and what I want my customers to know that they will be getting in my company. The vision of my company lets all the clients know the standards that my company will be built on and that
it will stand on. The mission of my company gives the clients my guarantees that
they know they can look forward to seeing and being implemented in my everyday operation.
I have retained so much information, but
there were a couple of things that stood out to me like the importance of Environmental scanning. It is important in that every aspect of everyday life can affect the success of any business and being
able to see how certain things within your environment can affect it and how to foresee these things and plan for these obstacles. Successful businesses always need to have a plan B for every possible mishap.
Dr. Jakes has recommended many things and
one that stood out to me was that each company should have only part-time employees, because the health insurance plans will
be very costly. He also stated to use to get our ideas copywrited as our own
so that others cannot get the ideas and use them as their own. I was also told that there are going to be many obstacles in
my way they can and will at times deter me from starting this company and not to give up.
The recommendations given to me were very
credible and useful in that it was given to me by someone who has the hands on experience of everything that he teaches and
advises me on. The recommendations and information that was given to me are things
that I will forever retain and use daily, whether it is in my business or in my personal in devours. The information that
I have had a chance to be blessed with is things that I was very privileged to obtain knowledge of.

I am writing this letter on behalf of Dr. Dwayne D. Jakes, D.B.A., CMC,
of Dwayne D. Jakes and Associates Management Systems, LLC. Dr. Jakes has been fundamental and instrumental in the foundation
of the limited liability corporation known as Cardiovascular Consulting, a full service independent consultant group of technological
specialists dedicated to the advancement of patient care through modernization, education and expansion of cardiovascular
medical services, at a local, regional, and national level.
Our experience with Dr. Jakes was critical in the creation of the company, not just in name but more appropriately
in direction. His skills have brought understanding of critical concepts for maintaining business, creating additional revenue
streams, as well as marketing, and personnel planning. While not a medical person, his business expertise has lead to new
and innovative ideas; grant and research writing, business communications, and project management. His research skills are
an asset to market breakdown and analysis. This expertise will not only allow the continuation of our goals, but the maintenance
of effective business processes, such that the ultimate business strategy can be successful.
Without hesitation, the group at Cardiovascular Consulting LLC, would recommend the services of Dr. Jakes, experience
matters when it comes to consulting, and while initially the group would have preferred medical expertise, his business sense,
has led to the ideas which are the foundation of strategy now, and into subsequent decades.

Dear Dr. Jakes,
I am writing to personally acknowledge you and your staff for
assisting me with my endeavor to pursue a life-long dream of opening a business that I created from an interest in computers
and drinking Smoothies and dessert treats. As a result of your company’s
expertise in management and HR laws and regulations, Smoothie.com, an internet café will open its doors on February 14th.
Without the insight from your staff, my dream would not be a reality. As I conceptualized
and sketched multiple ideas on a simple notepad of how I would proceed with this mission, I realized now I made the right
choice to go with your company and seek the professional experts in order to have a sound business foundation. I never thought that a company of this cavalier existed until I found your consultant firm. You took the effort to understand my dream, design an appropriate business and assist me in the implementation
process.
Although I had taken graduate-level courses in Project Management,
Operations Management and in Human
Resource Management, the ability to take what is written and transform the concepts are quite different and was most challenging
to say the least. It would have taken some time to implement all the components needed when opening the business from reading
various materials. Taking the time in itself is tedious as it has taken me some time to learn all the facets required to open
and start this business. Operations Management focused on carefully managing the processes to produce
and distribute products and services. Normally a term associatated with large
companies, but some of the same concepts can be applied in the case of Smoothie.com because we will deliver a service to the
customers who chose to patronize the business. Related activities include managing purchases, inventory control, quality control,
storage, logistics and evaluations are still very much a part of a small company as well.
A great deal of focus can be on efficiency and effectiveness of processes. As
I learned in the master’s program, one can not start a business plan without a vision or mission statement. These statements
are vital in determining what I wanted to accomplish. From this, I was able to write with your guidance of course, strategic
goals and objectives. Obviously, I intend on being financially sound in a few years if I follow the advice given to me by
your staff!
As I reflect on the terms learned
in Project Management, I remember utilizing quite a few of these same terms as I sat countless nights writing, trying to define
how to take an idea, write the concepts, fit the component togetherrganizing
and managing resources in such a way that the resources deliver all the work required to complete a project and that I must admit was complicated, but made achievable through the assistance of your firm. I want to state
that your company was able to guide me through lots of crash course in management which lead me in the right direction. Environmental
issues, licenses, compliance with state and federal guidelines are all things I had to encounter and understand in order to
be able to open my business. After a vicarious process of intense training by this management consultant firm, I am confident
that my entrepreneurial skills are up to standards. Being able to fine-tune the course work from a master’s program,
apply that knowledge to hands-on-training is overwhelming and lastly it has paid off for me. Critical Success Factors has
shown me what steps are relevant to ensure that the business will work as long as procedures and policies are implemented
properly, making those factors a part of the company's culture and operating system.
Finally, the recommendations that
were given by your firm to me in order to ensure a successful transformation and profitable business were the following:
· Be able to be in compliance with personnel policies, procedures and laws, such as EEO, ADA, FLMA, and FLSA.
· Be fair and consistent with compensation and benefits and rewards.
· Train to retain staff members.
· Know your financial budget and limits. Bottom line is PROFIT.
· Innovative organization design and layouts were discussed for the business.
· Management team must be in alignment with the goals and objectives of the company in order
to be successful.
· The consultant company will conduct a follow-up visit in a 6 month period to discuss productivity
and customer satisfaction.
· To ensure policies are in place to address
internet security issues and environmental issues.
· Ensure that proper licenses are kept up-to-date.
· HR issues were discussed.
Since I was so impressed by your firm’s expertise,
professionalism and commitment to guide me through this tedious process, I have referred a friend of mine to call you. Stop
by on February 14th and help me celebrate a dream come true! As far
as credible advice, I hope and pray your direction will lead me to have a successful business. Again, I am most gracious to
Dwayne D. Jakes & Associates.

Dear Dr. Jakes,
I want to thank you for helping me get M & R Shuttles back on the right path and allowing us to develop a plan
to sustain through this first difficult year of business. The knowledge of the various practices used in successful strategies
such as critical success factors, have helped me to realize why we were coming up short in the early stages of the business
(before the class started). By putting all of our financials on paper and coming up with a realistic and accurate picture
of where every penny of our money goes each month we have cut out a lot of unnecessary spending. Shortly after you required
us to do an environmental scan, I was able to come up with a win-win scenario as to how we can benefit from not having any
competition at the moment and also how to stay on top once competition enters the market. I look over different assignments
that you have returned every week or so to get information that I can apply towards the business.
Again, I would like to thank you not only for doing a great job dispersing the required UOP information, but also for
the extra personal expertise that you offered up as a side bar from your personal experiences as a consultant. I would and
actually have (Demetrius Swindle) recommended your class and services to friends and associates whom I come into contact with
in the industry that want to turn grow their good ideas into profits and success.

RE: Testimonial Letter
Dear Dr. Jakes:
As is often the nature in small
business, I wear several hats in my company, including owner, President, CEO, and Sales Manager. I’d like to say that my long association with Dr. Jakes, Dwayne D. Jakes & Associates Management
Systems, LLC, has helped my performance in each of these areas, and has also helped others within my company as well.
I initially asked Dr. Jakes for
personal leadership coaching to improve my performance as sales manager. He spent
quite a bit of time helping me design a plan to better manage the actions of my sales people, to understand their goals and
objectives, and to align them with the goals and objectives of the company as a whole.
I’ve learned so much in
Operations Management, but the two things that stuck out the most were SWOT analysis and Critical Success Factors. The SWOT analysis provides information that is helpful in matching the firm’s resources and capabilities
to the competitive environment in which it operates. This strategy is continually
evaluated against the value provided customers and competitive realities. From
this process critical success factors are identified. CSFs are selected in light
of achieving the mission as well as the organization’s internal strengths. Some
CSFs for my floral shop are service, distribution, promotion, price, channels of distribution, and product positioning.
It is very important to have
a vision and mission statement because you have to know where your company is going.
Without a vision, your organization can be stuck in phase 1. A vision
is like a forecast, you have to look into the future. A mission serves the purpose
of ethics. It provides boundaries and focus for organizations and the concept
around which the firm can rally.
There were many recommendations
that you gave that were and are very helpful. Especially, developing you own
legal business name and having it patented. Without a patent, anybody can “steal”
your idea or name. Unfortunately, it will be legal and there is nothing you can
do about it. It is also important to have your ideas or creations copyrighted. This will also give you the right to use and own.
Therefore, your recommendations and advice were credible. Thanks Dr. Jakes you are a great mentor. I highly recommend
your services to everyone seeking a competitive business advantage.
Sincerely,

Dear Dr. Jakes:
This letter is written to acknowledge the
expertise that you provided me in designing my plans for the development and implementation of my business “Elegant
Floral Designs, Etc.
The knowledge that I have learned from
classes under your direction, I have successfully established Elegant Floral Designs, Etc., a business that specializes in
floral arrangements and ceramics gifts.
The classes in Operations Management prepared
me with a systematic direction and control process that assisted me in transforming the business’s goods and services.
In Operations management, I learned the process of ensuring employment satisfaction. With employment satisfaction come increased
productivity and customer satisfaction. Without the satisfaction of customers, employees and employers, there is no business
to operate.
I learned as an operations manager, there
are many challenges such as productivity, input and output with an increase in productivity. I learned much about the importance
of decision-making such as product planning, positioning strategies, and quality management.
There are certain elements that are critical
to the success of a business such as critical elements. A successful business must have a business plan that identifies critical
success factors and key goals for the organization. Critical success factors are the areas that the organization must focus
on and do well in to satisfy client needs and survive.
Critical success factors are areas that
Elegant Floral Designs, Etc. must focus on and do well in to satisfy customer needs and service. I learned that critical success
factors provide a powerful model for building a comprehensive, long-term and profitable relationship management program.
I learned that mission and vision statements
are critical elements when establishing a business and must express the organization’s essential values and goals so
that they are visible to those inside and outside of the organization. While a vision statement does not tell one how one
is going to get there, it does set the direction for the organization planning. The mission statement is a complex activity
involving every level of the organization. There are very important elements that vision and mission statement must have:
· A clear sense of identity by listing the organization’s core competencies; its unique
strengths and weaknesses.
· List the organization’s primary customers, internal and external, by type.
· A clear, tangible goal and the value that inform the goals.
· Ask customers if they would want to do business with an organization with its mission.
· Ask employees if they understand and support it and can act on it.
· Ask suppliers if it makes sense to them.
· Ask suppliers if it makes sense to them.
· Incorporate a feedback system from customer, employees and suppliers.
· Strive for brevity, portability, and memoralibility of expression.
· When the vision and mission statements are refined into statements that clearly articulates
the way the company wants to relate to those it affect, publish it to everyone and post it on the wall, and insure that it
is distributed to all who need to know.
Generic strategies are critical elements that are important to a business. In my learning under your instruction,
I learned three generic strategies that are defined along two dimensions: strategic scope and strategic strength. Strategic scope is a demand-side dimension and looks at the size and composition of the market one intend to
target. Strategic strength is a supply-side dimension and looks at the strength
of the firm. In particular Porter identified two competencies that he felt were most important: product and product cost.
Porter originally ranked each of the three dimensions (level of differentiation, relative product cost, and scope of target
market) as either low, medium, or high, and juxtaposed them in a three dimensional matrix.
Porter simplifies the scheme by reducing it down to the three best strategies. They are cost leadership, differentiation,
and market segmentation (or focus). Market segmentation is narrow in scope while both cost leadership and differentiation
are relatively broad in market scope.
Environment scanning is important for the success of the business. Scanning let management knows who the competition
is, where the competition is, and what is needed for the company to remain competitive in its environment.
You recommended for my business the importance of retaining a business licenses with legal business name and retaining
a Certificate of Registration with the State of Georgia Department of Revenue Sales and Use Tax Division which are required
by the State of Georgia and Columbus Consolidate
Government, all advice that is very credible.
I want to thank you for being such a professional, caring, and motivating instructor who wants to see each student
success in his or her respective business.
Sincerely yours,

Re: Critical factor’s about my business.
I will market myself as the provider of best quality and successful services to my client
who are specialized physicians. I will offer my clients reasonable prices and
superior customer service. Through internet advertising and direct marketing
and we will position our services as in establishing long term relationships with our clients who are hospitals, private practitioners
and government contracts. Our company vision is to provide best quality of services to our patients through our specialized
team of physician placement in other businesses. Our company values are honesty & integrity, excellent customer service
and employee training.
The company plans to enter the locum tenens market, as there is a growing need of physician
placements and in that way wants to diversify their services. The company
plans to start its business plan in the year 2007 for staffing physicians and the entire project is expected to fully complete
and start its operations in the year 2008. The company will expand in matching all qualified physicians specialties, allied
health and health care organizations that require temporary services. This is mainly to provide coverage to individual practitioners,
government institutions, hospitals and medical groups. The staffing will be provided from one week to one year or more for
those individuals and organizations who require coverage due to sickness, exams, and increase in volume or vacations times.
The independent contractor is at an advantage when it comes to income-tax in terms of travel expense,
meals, hotel or temporary stay, work tools, supplies, home office expenses and continuing education. The disadvantage of independent
contractors would be that an individual physician is subjected to federal self-employment tax reported on IRS Form 1040 Schedule
SE (both the employee and employer portion of Social Security and Medicare tax). It
can also have limitations and may have to pay on a state basis depending on that particular state regulations and policies.
My business will comprise of minimum staff which is me as the Chief Operating Officer and also I shall
have a marketing person, on-line recruiter and human resources person and a lawyer on a contract basis working for this company
at all times because we are going to deal with patients as well as highly specialized physicians. My business has been copyrighted
and the name has been patented to avoid duplication of my company name.
Initially I will contract my web design and develop a
site with a web developer and he would maintain my site on a service contract terms. My initial start up costs will be $100,000
and then I shall approach SBA for more loans in the future depending on how my business catches up later on. I do plan to
go through a legal advisor who will go over the project strategy and implementation. This business plan is expected to be
completed within one year of implementation as by then the company would more often do on-line research, approach hospitals,
clinics in order to get business and penetrate the market.
Once the firm has specified its objectives, it starts by devising a strategic plan to
reach the goals designed by the company. The “Liberty Services” will be faced with environmental changes externally
which can bring opportunities or pose a threat. The company will identify its weaknesses and strengths in order to pursue
success of the business.
The advantages over this business are with hospitals and private practitioners are:
- The
contractors who contract physicians are already screened and credentialed which helps speed up the hospital’s privileging
process.
- Locum
business charges all-inclusive rates, which are compensation, travel, lodging, car rental and medical malpractice insurance.
- It
can offer client temp-to-perm job setting which is like “try before you buy” and at the same time physicians can
check out their standing in that care setting.
- By
providing excellent customer care and parties are satisfied, we can make sure that they client is retained and we can get
future business.
“Liberty Services” will be faced with environmental changes externally which
can be bring opportunities or pose a threat. The company will identify its weakness and strengths in order to pursue success
of the business. These factors, which constitute the external, can be divided into
three interrelated subcategories: factors in the remote environment, factors in the industry environment, and factors in the
operating environment.
As recommended by you and some of your suggestions have been put in place which is:
-
An employee manual describing
the policies and procedure of the company will be put in place.
-
Strategies and plans, vision,
mission and values need to follow and should be in alignment with company objectives.
-
Time management is required and
milestones should be described on quarterly basis.
-
Do not worry about mistakes being
made and that could be the learning factor for my next step.
-
Company’s position in the
market will depend on longevity factors and pricing should be done as per market evaluation.
All of your recommend suggestions have been noted very carefully; however anxiety will always be there about company
performance.
Risk
dispute due to uncertainty surrounding the Business can be resolved through analysis of three of its sources: the
market risk, the operational risk, and the financial risk.
· Market risk is a result of many factors, including whether the market is large enough to support the business,
whether the market is growing, how the competition is structured, and how distribution works. If industry trends are moving
away from your product or service or if potential customers are already locked up by competitors, or will it be difficult
to gain customer momentum. It is impossible to get rid of all of the risk in
entering a particular market; one can reduce the margin for error by understanding the nature of the market and your customer
buying behaviors.
· Operational risk deals with whether the business can set up and deliver goods and services to customers effectively.
Operational risk will also include logistical issues with delivery and effective use of service staff. It will also include
all malpractice insurances needed to cover physicians working on a long and short term contracts.
· Financial risk refers to the risk that the business won't work if staffing of physicians is not adequate to
cover patients. For any business, one should generate financial projections to get a picture of where breakeven will occur
and what will drive the business financially. In other words, make sure to understand what revenues and costs must be in order
to make the business financially viable. That is why a financial model is needed to paints a picture of all aspects
of the business. Thanks Dr. Jakes for your mentorship and futuristic approach to Strategic Planning, Employee Relations, Compensation
and Reward Systems. Dwayne D. Jakes & Associates Management Systems, LLC sets the standard or benchmark in providing superior
results and customer satisfaction. I am grateful for our collaboration.
Sincerely,
